DETAILS
This was a unique collaboration between the homeowners, designer, architect, and GRG. The homeowners have traveled the globe extensively and have incorporated materials and design ideas from their travels including a herringbone Moroccan tile backsplash, kitchen pendant lights from a Chinese market, stair riser tile from Portugal, coral stone pavers from the Dominican Republic, soda lite stone imported from Italy, and the list continues. From the reclaimed 400-year-old doors converted into barn doors to the custom seashell concrete countertop vanity in the guest bath, this house has it all. From the minute you drive up to this house, your senses marvel at the architectural design and chic style found throughout. This home features a custom-built open riser staircase built by our in-house carpenters, mechanical art lift that reveals a hidden tv recessed in the wall, a double-sided fireplace, and over 3,500 sf of balau decking with cable rail. The pool is the envy of everyone who visits this house with its beach entry sun shelf, custom planter and waterfall feature, and 53’ walking/exercise lane.
